~ We believe worship of God should be spiritual! Therefore we remain flexible, so the Holy Spirit may direct our worship.
~ We believe worship of God should be inspirational! Therefore we give a great place to music in our worship.
~ We believe worship of God should be intelligent! Therefore, in our services, we emphasize Bible teaching, so God may instruct us how He would be worshiped.
~ We believe worship of God is fruitful! Therefore we look for His love in our lives as the greatest evidence that we are truly worshiping Him.
Our Vision
The vision of Calvary Chapel flows out of Isaiah 61:1-3. It is our belief that the church should be a hospital where the wounded (physical, emotional, and relational) can come and find rest, healing, restoration, love, acceptance, grace, mercy, hope and answers.
Once we experience the healing power of His grace, His love, His Spirit, and His Word, through in large part the church, we will become messengers of hope ourselves.
Life can be hard and people need a place to take refuge, as Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 "Come to Me all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Our desire is that Calvary Chapel would be that place of rest.
