Matthew 28:19

"Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.."

Please pray for our missionaries individually as well as that their witness to others be effective.  If you would wish to financially support a missionary, please contact us.  Thank you.

Karin is one of our congregation who has obeyed the call of God to minister to others in remote parts of the world.  Currently, Karin in Switzerland serving those training with Youth With A Mission (YWAM).

In the summer of 2010 Karin went to Zambia to reach out to women and children for the glory of Christ.

Karin writes (July, 2010),"Going to a school today, The House of Martha. There are 40 plus children there who are vulnerable. My prayer request is that the Lord will confirm where He wants me. My heart's desire is to pour Christ into the hearts of abandoned/neglected young women. Yesterday I went to make beads at a project called Zambeadzi. It was lots of fun. This will provide income for women here and money for the Alliance for Children Ministry once the necklaces and bracelets are sold in America."

Kari has been working with YWAM for the last several years.  Through YWAM Kari has helped and ministered to people in places such as Cambodia, Chile, and other locations.  She is currently in Switzerland at a YWAM training facility.

Kari writes (August, 2010), "We just finished a huge outreach.  There is a popular jazz festival that happens in Montreaux every year and big named people always attend.  For the past 4 years we have been involved in this festival and have a spot along the strip where people walk and look at vendors.  Here we perform, do skits, dramas, dances, worship and whatever we can think of to draw people in.  This year I was in charge of games and every day would come up with new games to play like jump rope, arm wrestling, relay races and many more.  We invited people to come join us and through the games we saw many people stay around where we could chat with them, tell them why we were there performing for free and most importantly about Jesus.  We saw a number of healings, about 10-12 people giving their life to God, and prayed for hundreds of people.  It was truly an amazing time."

"More of a day to day thing, I am staff on base here and am working in the kitchen.  Every day I get to interact with the students, offer what wisdom and knowledge God has given me.  I have prayed with them, and I get to cook for them every day.  God really reminded me that I am a key factor in "educating" the students to go out to the field and without people like me there would be no way for them to be trained.  So, by me being here aiding in their training I am receiving the blessings they receive when they leave to go to Africa, and the people that support me too receive that same blessing."
